MBM does not disclose or use non-public, identifiable personal information about current, former, or prospective clients, other than to carry out the purpose for which the information is disclosed, or as permitted by law. Identifiable information can be broken up into two categories, personal and non-personal information.

Non-Personal Information

Our website (the “Site”) creates a data file commonly known as a cookie. Cookies enable the Site to “remember” who you are so you can navigate more efficiently. It may also track the areas of the Site that you visit. We do not record personal or sensitive information in our cookies. We may collect information regarding the internet provider from which you are connecting to the Site. We may also track the website from which you linked to our Site.  This information is used statistically and not to identify individuals.

Personal Information

You can visit the site and remain anonymous by not providing any personal information. However, you may choose to share this information by completing online forms or requesting that we contact you.  Personal information includes, but is not limited to: name, address, phone number, and email address. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect non-public personal information.

Your Privacy is Not for Sale

We do not and will never sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your personal information will not be shared with unaffiliated third parties or custodians unless there is a need to disclose information to process a transaction or when the law requires it.  Information collected will be will be used to provide you with more value, better service, and a prompt response to any request for us to contact you. Other sites linked to this site are not covered under this privacy agreement.

Sharing Information

MBM will not share information about you with another company unless you have made such a request, or unless we ask for your authorization beforehand. We limit how, and with whom, we share information. We do not sell lists of information of any type, nor do we disclose information to marketing companies with the exception of companies we may hire to provide specific services for us, as described below.

In some cases, we may share information we collect which may include, but is not limited to- name, address, age, gender, annual income, and social security number, with other businesses, such as, our securities broker-dealer, custodians or insurance companies and agencies to obtain a proposal, process or service a transaction you have requested, or to facilitate enhanced client services.

Example: When we provide information we collect to a custodian company from which you wish to open an account.

Example: When you have requested an insurance product, the insurance company, agency, or field marketing organization may use a common application; in this way, the information you provide and authorize us to obtain may subsequently be used by one or all of these companies as necessary to determine, and to offer to you, the product most appropriate for your needs.

Furthermore, as permitted by federal and state laws, we may share or exchange information with companies engaged to work with us, such as:

Our affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties who are assisting us by performing services or functions on our behalf, such as, advisors, agents, brokerage firms, custodians, insurance companies, field marketing organizations, administrators and other service providers; to enable them to provide customer service or account maintenance.

Financial services entities, custodians, insurance companies, or field marketing organizations with which we have marketing agreements.

We may be required by law or regulation to disclose information to third parties in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, and to comply with rules of, or inquiries from, industry regulators.

We will not share information about you with third parties to market products to you. MBM upholds these privacy principles as do our business partners. Companies with which we share client information are required to maintain the confidentiality of that information.
